    • $55.00 per ticket

    • $50.00 per ticket for 2 or more

    • $35.00 per youth 12 and under

  • Donation Baskets are needed. We kindly ask that any donation be received at the parish office by June 1st.

    • Name of Student

    • Current school will be attending new grade, high school or college

    • Moving from grade to grade

    • Any Achievements or Honors

    • See application form in the Gathering Space.

    • All information must be into the office by Wednesday, June 14, 2026 by 1pm.

    • Student must be in attendance on June 28th
